Intimate Wedding at The Gibson Centre
This may be one of my favorite days from this summers wedding season. The Gibson Centre did not disappoint with it’s historical architecture + natural light beaming in through the many windows. I would %10000 recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married in an intimate setting that has so much to offer them.
Maya + Isaiah wanted a first look before their ceremony began. I ALWAYS love first looks because they help to release the nerves while giving you + your partner an intimate moment together. I was able to find the perfect spot for their first look, hidden away on the very top floor of the Gibson Centre. A small nook with beautiful arched windows + brick walls. I could not get enough of this room that you felt hidden away from everyone in.
The ceremony space was nothing short of stunning. I think what made this ceremony so special was how engaged everyone was. I don’t think I saw one phone out besides mom videoing in a sibling who couldn’t be there. You can really feel the love + support that floods through to the couple when everyone is present and engaged.
The evening continued into dinner + dancing. Of course, I had to take advantage of the Gibson Centre’s exterior space + sneak Maya + Isaiah out for a few more portraits. The best part of our time together was when a friendly civilian congratulated Isaiah with a beer as he biked by!
